The Cathaoirleach, Mayor and Elected Members of Kilkenny County Council have opened this online Book of Condolences to allow the citizens of Kilkenny to express their sympathies following the passing of His Holiness, Pope Francis.

All messages of sympathy will be printed and presented in a Book of Condolence to the Bishop of Ossory, The Most Reverend Niall Coll.
