Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that an emergency closure will be in place on the LP3429 at Scartnamoe, Glenmore, from Wednesday 13th March to Friday 22nd March between 8am and 5pm daily, in order to facilitate drainage works. Diversion will be via the LS7518 at Aylwardstown to the N25 at Ballynaraha to its junction with the LP3429 at Carriganurra.
