Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the L7453 at Glendonnell, Mullinavat will be closed to traffic, from its junction with the R448 at Main Street, Mullinavat to its junction with the L7454 at Glendonnell/Ballygreek on Thursday 17th September, 2026, between 7:00am and 7:00pm approximately, to facilitate roadworks. 

Diversions will be in operation during works and will be clearly signed. 

Local access will be facilitated, but delays should be expected.
