Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the L3424 at Ballyquin, Mullinavat will be closed to traffic, from its junction with the L7451 Killandrew Cross to its junction with the L7456 Farnoge West on Wednesday, 29th July 2026, between 7:00am and 7:00pm approximately, to facilitate roadworks. 

Diversions will be in operation during works and will be clearly signed.  Local access will be facilitated, but delays should be expected.
